First off I would like to thank my wife for all her support and understanding. Being a photographer means loads of travel and work time, I just wanted to let her know that I love her and am very appreciative (Love you Chica!!!) . Secondly I want to thank all of our awesome friends who came out to help and support with the event, ya'll make moving to San Antonio one of the truly best things we've ever done in our lives. Thirdly I would like to thank all of the vendors who were a part of the event and those you can by to meet everyone. I received a email recently reminding me of this..... We capture much more than just the wedding sometimes, so much more. A wedding is not just details, dress, tux and good music and food. It's about love and family interaction, more often than not some of the family members are ill or elderly. You'll never know what you might capture.... be/stay open to everything around you.

My wife turned 29 years old a while back..... to celebrate we went to Long Horn Steak house and I got her tipsy. What's that you say... where are the pictures of the steaks? I'm 240 lbs.... and I was hungry:).

Summer time in the valley

This past weekend was kind of a epiphany.... I'm a photographer and I shoot. I think sometimes we photographers get to carried away with the technical and the art, that we lose the image. I mean the real meaning of the image, the way it should make your feel.... not how you want it to make you feel. Going to my in-laws ranch in Delmita, Tx sort of liberated me. I just shot what I saw, no crazy angles and it felt soooo good. On another note.... I just wanted to say thanks to all the insects who gave their lives on our drive 4 hour drive. Ya'll made our windshield vision proof.
